Zoological description:
Dragonflies are heavy-bodied, strong-flying insects that hold their wings horizontally in flight and at rest. Most species fold their wings over the abdomen when stationary and the eyes are well separated on the sides of the head.
Dragonflies are powerful and agile fliers, capable of migrating across oceans, moving in any direction, and changing direction suddenly. In-flight, the adult dragonfly can propel itself in six directions: upward, downward, forward, back, left, and right. More generally, dragonflies are symbols of courage, strength, and happiness.
